1 (9 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (3 ounce) container sour cream
1 container frozen sour cream, thawed
3 tablespoons sweetened dried apricot preserves
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).
In a large bowl, blend cream cheese, sour cream and apricot preserves. Mix it in order to form a paste. Spread off into a large sheet of large floured plastic wrap, and roll into a 11 inch circle.
Place circles on driver which arrive the side of the large pan. Place 1 side of the pastry around the edges, and 2 sides of the pastry around the edges. Place two cheese slices on either side of the edges. Brush cream cheese mixture with apricot preserves to keep it from sticking.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until golden. Remove foil from pan when serving and sprinkle with confectioners' sugar before serving.
