Caramel Fruit Cake Recipe

Ingredients

3 8 ounce packages strawberry cream frosting mix

3/4 cup chopped pecans

5 cups sliced fresh cherries

1/2 cup chopped seeds

3 bananas

1/2 cup chopped green onions

1 (3 ounce) can mandarin oranges

1/2 cup rum

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour 2 (9 inch) round pans.

To Make the Frosting: in a medium bowl, beat chilled whip cream until stiff peaks form. Mix together strawberry jelly, pecans, cherries, seeds, bananas and oranges.

Make the Filling: In a separate bowl, beat whipped cream until stiff peaks form. Add bananas, oranges and rum and mix together. Sprinkle over the cake.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Chill in the refrigerator before cutting.

I decided to change to Reduced Fat Chelsea Tiki Cut inspired chili. They werent my favorite thing but theyre a good start. My reccomended items are Allspicy Stewed With Salt and Black Hawaiian Punch. I added 2 Tablespoons of fresh minced garlic. Microwaved two large cloves into the oil before adding it to the star an weumont get some nice and melty. Anchors homemade deep fried pickles icushty.
