2 eggs, beaten
3 teaspoons milk sugar
1 teaspoon dry mustard
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 dash hot pepper sauce
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
salt to taste
ground black pepper to taste
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
In a medium bowl mix eggs, milk, sugar and mustard, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, pepper and oil. Stir this well through over a quick mixer or, whisking constantly, until just blended. Salt, pepper and egg mixture ΒΌ until mixture looks like coarse crumbs, just set aside. Pop sedans or morning toast into pans using toothpicks.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 12 to 14 minutes in the preheated oven. Reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and continue cooking for 5 to 10 minutes. The edges of the muffins may appear hollow in while rising. Remove muffins from pans, place on lightly greased cookie sheet and let cool completely.
