1 (10 ounce) package whipped cream
1/2 cup white sugar
1 cup corn syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, at room temperature
1 1/2 cups milk
Beat together the whipped cream, sugar, corn syrup, and vanilla. Spread mixture into the bottom of an 8 inch dough-lined tart pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and let stand 30 minutes. Cover tart and let stand in water to cool slightly. Frost with cream cheese frosting. set aside.
Prepare whipped cream filling by mixing together cream cheese, milk, vanilla and crushed saltine crackers. Fold and gradually blend into filling. Spread over cream cheese crust. Chill in refrigerator for 1 hour.
