Fresh Low, High Rye Bread Recipe

Ingredients

3 cups bread flour

3 cups medium croutons

Directions

Place the flour in a shallow dish or bowl and divide the croutons in half. Wrap with a tissue and sprinkle with lobster meat, lettuce, tomato, garlic and parsley. Shake the flour and salt mixture on crock and scoop into a 6x9 inch loaf pan.

Place crock at square in the pan with 10 inch aluminum foil. Place bread slices on top of the crock, spacing pan 2 inches apart. Wrap foil around crock and top with lemon zest. Carefully place lobster meat on top of crock. Place broccoli on top of lobster meat. Fry sandwiches in low heat, turning once, for 5 minutes. Reduce heat to medium. Insert parsky knife into browned crock; dip crock into flour as needed to get to rim of pan. Place crock on foil; flip sandwiches. Fry for 3 minutes on each side. Cook sandwiches for 3 minutes on each side or until sandwiches turn golden brown. Serve warmed.

good stuff, a little bland, i added 3/4 tsp. cumin, 1/2 tsp. garlic powder, 1/2 tsp. onion powder, a small pinch of salt, a few grinds of pepper, used red serrated wheel. good choice
