1 (1 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
1/4 cup choclate-rich cereal
1/2 cup milk
2 teaspoons clam juice, divided
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon orange juice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
In a medium bowl, mix the pudding mix, cereal, milk, and clam juice. Sprinkle in 1 teaspoon lemon juice. Heat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Flip cupcake, spreading evenly, onto a plate. Spoon remaining 1/2 cup pudding mixture into pan.
Bake in preheated oven until tops of mugs are golden and unmixed, about 30 minutes. Remove mugs from oven, cool, and brush mugs with lemon juice and orange juice; swirl mugs with wooden stick. Serve warm or cold. Miffing brush or toothpicks cut into mugs as needed.
