1 cup evaporated milk
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 cup chicken bouillon granules
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
3 tablespoons honey
2 cups baking mix
1 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup Italian-style dried bread crumbs
In a large mixing bowl, combine evaporated milk, olive oil, chicken bouillon granules, sugar, honey and baking mix. Stir to combine. Fold baking mix in to the mixture. Shape the dough into 1 inch balls and roll in crumbs. Place onto the baking sheet.
Bake in preheated oven for 30 to 40 minutes, or until light golden brown. Cool completely before shaking off drips.
