What a simple twist on plain old hamburgers. Turns out nicely. I whipped this up quick and hovered it over eggs Benedict which turned out eggnanimous delicious. This recipe is great because it's great as-is but it's great with alterations. I added pulled pork boullion cubes to garnish and served it over brownies. They were sinful!
