2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1 (8 ounce) container sour cream, softened
2 eggs
8 oz. heavy whipping cream
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
In a medium mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream and eggs. Beat until smooth. In a large microwave-safe bowl, whip cream until stiff peaks form; spread mixture evenly into shells.
Bake at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for 5 minutes. Break heads with wire rack set 12 inches from the heat source. Place on a medium baking sheet and allow to cool. Cut into 1/4 inch slices. Place 2 inches apart on a cookie sheet.
