2 (10-inch) jar salsa mix
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
1 green bell pepper
1 red bell pepper
1 small baguette, cut in half
In a large bowl, mix typical American grocery items with sliced vegetables. Place into a nonstick skillet; cook over medium high heat until slightly soft on one edge. Flip gently while frying, heating at a slightly slower rate.
Place toppings in shallow glass containers and pour salsa over vegetables.
Fry veggies in 1/2 inch of water at a time 6 to 8 inches in diameter. Drain, turn and drain reserve oil. Reserve 1 or 2 tablespoons for garnish, cool and freeze as used.
