1 cup fresh raspberries
3/4 cup white sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon white vinegar
1 cup nonfat dry milk
1/4 cup full fat coconut milk
1/3 cup white sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon lemon juice
In a small bowl, combine raspberries, sugar, salt, lemon juice and vinegar.
In a small bowl, whisk milk with vinegar; pour into 1 cup of chilled wine or beer. Stir in coconut milk. Pour over berries, cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
