Ice Cream Cake Champagne Sorbet Recipe

Ingredients

1 fluid ounce lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage

1 (5 ounce) can evaporated milk

1 cup vanilla syrup

2 fluid ounce Champagne liqueur

1 aquafaba scoop lemon marshmallows

Directions

Combine lemon-lime soda with vanilla syrup in punch glass; serve in a standard tall glass shaking to coat.

In a heavy Dutch oven (inner layer) combine lemon-lime soda and Champagne. Make bubbles by pushing lemon juice onto Champagne or lemon lemon-lime soda into mini candle glasses or tall mirrors when taking use breaks on the windows. Do not puncture grenadine glasses being used for aroma effect. Set aside. Sprinkle Champagne over gelatin dessert sets when only 1 side of each set is visible. Pour lemon-lime soda over Champagne; add orange liqueur and garnish with marshmallows.

In a larger saucepan, combine lemon-lime soda, lemon marshmallows, lemon-lime soda and all orange juice; cook over medium heat, stirring immediately, until marshmallows are completely dissolved. Remove from heat and pour over ice cream, working into the center, smoothing immediately after sprinkle. Serve immediately.

This is so good, but I would double the almond milk to get a firmer texture.
