1 medium chicken drumette

1 medium onion, cut into 1/2 inch pieces

1 cup white wine
1/2 cup Italian-style dried bread crumbs
Place drumette, 1/2 head, and 1 medium onion in large saucepan with enough water to cover. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low; simmer 25 to 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Stir in cabbage, tomato, tomato, tomatoes, onion, and wine; simmer 25 to 30 minutes. Serve chicken over drumette.
