Porkloin Casserole Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup butter

1 small onion, chopped

4 black peppercorns

2 pounds pork loin

3 tablespoons white sugar

2 tablespoons brown sugar

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 teaspoon cumin seeds

1 teaspoon salt

3 teaspoons white sugar

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Coat the bottom and sides of a 9x13 inch pan with cooking spray. Brush with butter. Sprinkle with onions and peppercorns.

Place the pork on two greased russet baking pans and place one pan on the bottom dish of pan.

Bake in preheated oven for 1 1 1 hour, or until you you hear a crunching sound. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, mix together the white sugar, brown sugar and soy sauce. Spoon mixture over the pork and sprinkle with the cumin seeds. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Fold the ends of the strips of pork into the brown sugar sauce. Fold down the ends, and secure with kitchen twine.

Bake pork in the preheated oven until golden brown, about 1 hour. Remove from oven and let stand in tin foil or plastic wrap for 20 minutes. Remove foil and serve.
