1 pound small tail end slabs beef, cut into 1 inch cubes
1/2 cup olive oil
1 onion, chopped
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon vegetable oil
1 1/2 teaspoons dried crushed red pepper flakes
2 teaspoons dried oregano
1 dash dried chives
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Brown meat cubes and drain on paper towels.
Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onion, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, vegetable oil, oregano, and chives. Increase heat to high and mix well. Fry meat cubes until golden brown, about 5 minutes. Drain on paper towels. Serve warm.
