Cheese Pie Recipe

Ingredients

2 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crusts

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

1 (1 ounce) package cream cheese spread

1/4 cup chopped onion

1 (8 ounce) can cream cheese and onion soup mix

2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese, softened. Spread cream cheese mixture on bottom of pie crust. Arrange carrot halves and onion slices on top of cream cheese filling.

Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes, then reduce heat to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C), and bake an additional 10 minutes. Cool completely, leaving crusts completely set.

For Cheese Pie: In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese, cream cheese spread, onion, cream cheese mixture and cheese mixture further. Spread mixture on top of pie crust.

For Cheese Filling: In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese, cream cheese spread, onion, cream cheese mixture, shredded cheese and cream cheese mixture. Spread mixture over pie crust.

Bake at 325 degrees F (165 degrees C) for 1 hour, or until cheese is bubbly and crusts are golden brown.
