Bring mixture to a boil and cook 2 minutes or until mixture is thickened. Gradually add milk and milk; stir in oil.
Pour batter into prepared pans. Bake in the preheated oven for 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. Cool completely. Serve warm or cool completely.
