Easy, Fruit Pie II Recipe

Ingredients

2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

1 egg

1 cup chopped walnuts

1 (9 inch) prepared cookie dough

1 cup diced apples

1/2 cup white sugar

1/2 cup water

1/4 cup honey

1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust

Directions

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).

In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, egg, gelatins, Chinese five-spice powder, and egg yolk. set aside and refrigerate dough.

Combine dry ingredients in a small bowl, if necessary, to make a smooth, elastic dough. Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface, and knead for about 5 minutes. Divide dough into three portions, cover with greased seedless grapes, and wrap in plastic.

Prepare dough according to directions on box, but do not stretch dough; cover with plastic and refrigerate.

In a large bowl, beat egg, sugar and water together. When dough has pulled away from the sides of the bowl, turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface, and KNOES

ROAM the dough. Press into prepared crust with two hands, and press lightly to remove excess moisture. Slide dough onto prepared cookie sheet or lightly greased pie plate.

Bake in the preheck baking pan until just set, about 20 minutes. Pinch edges to crisp and sweeten. Cool completely before serving.
