3 1/2 pounds baby spinach, rins removed and pulp mixed
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup olive oil
6 tablespoons dried basil
2 (28 ounce) cans tomato sauce
2 (6 ounce) cans coconut milk
1 cup dried bread crumbs
1/2 teaspoon paprika
salt and pepper to taste
In a large bowl, combine spinach, garlic, olive oil, basil, tomato sauce and coconut milk. Season with salt and pepper.
