Cheese Roll Ups Recipe

Ingredients

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 teaspoon ground nutmeg

1 teaspoon salt

4 eggs

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese

1 (16 ounce) package shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

Prepare the filling according to package directions using eggs, milk, cream cheese and cheese, nothing else.

Roll the filling into 1 inch rolls and refrigerate before serving.

Excellent recipe and all the ingredients are present! The yeast should be very cold and stick to the dough. I used 4 eggs with the sugar and flour directions and made up a batch of "white bread". Everyone at the party is going to love them.
