1 cup water
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon ginger
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
3/4 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
1/4 cup sliced fresh ginger root
1 (8 ounce) package extra virgin olive oil
In a large saucepan, bring water, soy sauce, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, mushrooms, ginger, onion and garlic olive oil. Mix together and let stand 5 minutes.
Stir the water mixture into the already marinated seafood. Cover, and allow to marinate overnight.
