1 cup olive oil
3 (8 ounce) cans beef stewed tomatoes, drained
2 (8 ounce) cans tomato paste
2 (6 ounce) cans tomato paste with green chile
1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste with red chile
1 medium onion, chopped
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
In a medium saucepan, combine olive oil, tomato stewed tomatoes, tomato paste, tomato paste with chiles, tomato paste with red chiles, tomato paste with onion, cilantro, and salt and pepper to taste.
