Good and easy. My filefish caught it fairly quickly, about three hours earlier than the store would have it. It wasn't overly crispy, but it was nice and sticky. I held it in the oven at about 120 for about an hour (5.3 lb. of filefish). It was fantastic! Even my husband couldn\'t have been happier with the preparation!
