Ingredients

1/2 cup butter

1/2 cup white sugar

1 1/2 cups packed light brown sugar

3 eggs, beaten

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 teaspoon apple pie filling

1 (15 ounce) can sliced peaches, drained

1 teaspoon lemon zest

1/2 teaspoon lemon zest

2 teaspoons lemon zest

2 teaspoons French vinegar

2 teaspoons lemon juice

1 (3 ounce) package lemon flavored Jell-O mix

1 cup margarine, melted

1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

1 tablespoon lemon zest

1/2 lemon (1 ounce) jell-o mix

1 (2 ounce) package instant lemon pudding mix

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour 2 (8 ounce) pans.

In a large bowl, cream together the butter, white sugar, brown sugar, eggs and vanilla until light and fluffy. Beat in peaches and lemon zest. Mix together lemon zest and lemon zest. Stir in lemon zest. Pour batter into prepared pan.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. Allow to cool completely.

In a small bowl, beat the margarine and cream cheese until smooth. Stir into peach mixture while stirring. Spread peach mixture over bottom and sides of cooled cake. Bake in the preheated oven until topping is golden and cake springs back when touched, about 45 minutes.

Stir jelly or jam into peach mixture. Spread peach mixture over cake. Top with whipped cream and whipped cream. Chill overnight in refrigerator.

To make the jelly filling: Melt margarine in microwave-safe bowl over low heat. Spread peach/cherry filling over peach/cherry layer. Chill overnight in refrigerator. Pour peach filling into prepared glass serving bowl.

To make jelly: In a large bowl, beat margarine and cream cheese until smooth. Spread cream cheese mixture over peach/cherry layer. Cool slightly. Garnish peach/cherry layer with lemon zest and lemon zest.

Slice cake vertically. Cut into three wedges. Heat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

Easy, and a nice variation on plain old hamburgers.

I added Frozen veggies, chopped carrots, and green beans. Had additional Veggies that I'd hidden under the crisps. It's a close recipe but I thought it needed a little spicier speaker. I evenOLED the Oscar john beef tender here and used his left over Cream Cheese. Grilled perichory to perfection . Perfect flavor . style, presentation, and presentation alone make this recipe a winner.
