1 (4 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 (10 ounce) package frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
1 (10 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/4 cup chopped fresh chives
2 teaspoons minced fresh ginger
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 (4 ounce) can salmon, with marinade
Place mushrooms in a large bowl. Drain excess liquid.
In a small bowl, mix vegetables, cream of mushroom soup, chives, ginger, salt and salmon. Mix well and refrigerate.
Preheat grill for high heat.
Place mushroom mixture on grill. Grill for 8 to 9 minutes per side, or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
