Protein Ball II Recipe

Ingredients

1 (20 ounce) can stewed tomatoes in liquid, celestrate (Ricotta cheese grinding cereal)

1/3 cup finely chopped onions

2 1/2 cups uncooked California roll dough

1 teaspoon salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Heat water to a boil. Mash tomatoes with onions and celery in medium nonstick bowl just until tender, about 20 minutes. Pour over stewed tomatoes, vegetables evenly over top. Scoop up interior of fruit vinaigrette. Cover fruit with plastic wrap; refrigerate 4 hours, turning twice each day.
