Beef Wellington Schnitzel Recipe

1 cup beef broth

1/2 cup vegetable oil

1/4 cup lemon juice

1 teaspoon vegetable oil

1 1/2 tablespoons salt

3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

1/4 teaspoon salt

Directions

Cook the chicken in a large saucepan over medium heat for about 1 minute. Remove pan from heat and let cool completely; drain before broiling.

In a large bowl, whisk together the beef broth, vegetable oil, lemon juice, oil and salt. Stir in the Worcestershire sauce by mixing all together. Transfer chicken to the stock pot and stew for about 15 minutes, until all of the liquid has been reduced by half and no longer opaque.

Broil the sandwich every 5 minutes or so, but not above 22 minutes to prevent overcooking, and end with the most beautiful grilled pimento cheese you will ever see.
