1 cup packed light brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 eggs, beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup butter
1 cup packed light cream (frosty or whipped)
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups milk chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease cookie sheet or lightly brush with melted butter or margarine.
In a large bowl, mix brown sugar, salt, eggs, vanilla extract and butter. Whip cream continuously in a small bowl until stiff peaks form, about 5 minutes. Using an electric mixer, whip milk in medium speed until you reach stiff peaks, about 1 minute. Turn electric mixer on to high and whip with milk until milk is completely mixed, about 4 minutes. Fold cream into egg mixture until just incorporated. Stir milk mixture into cream mixture. Beat in chocolate chips by hand with electric mixer. Drop by spoonfuls onto prepared cookie sheet.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes in the preheated oven, or until set and toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Allow to cool.
