Caramel Sauce II Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 cup raspberry preserves, chilled

Place 1 package of cream cheese, softened into the bottom of a 9 inch springform pan. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 25 minutes; let cool.

In a medium bowl, beat butter, margarine, and 1/2 vanilla until smooth. Beat in sugar and eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Mix in raspberry preserves (Raspberry Ridings), and spread over cream cheese layer.

Bake for an additional 25 minutes in the preheated oven. Allow to cool.
