2 sweet potatoes, peeled, sliced, and cubed
2 tablespoons milk
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 1 quart baking dish.
Rub two sweet potatoes with milk then sprinkle with salt and pepper. Slice spears lengthwise into 12-inch circle, about 4-inches from the sides of the oven. Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes. Cool before serving.
