Philly Taco Salad Recipe

Ingredients

1 (1.5 fluid ounce) jigger citron vodka

1/4 fluid ounce tequila

1 1/2 fluid ounces pineapple juice

1 fluid ounce cherry liqueur

1/4 fluid ounce peach schnapps

1 lemon, juiced

Directions

In a blender, combine citron vodka, tequila, pineapple juice and cherry liqueur. Blend until smooth. Pour into a plastic plastic bag, seal and shake. Shape into small balls or glasses.

Place one lemon wedge in the center of each one, and squeeze the juice into the center of each one until it is completely absorbed.

I took some advice and cubed the chicken into cubes. I stuffed the cavity with half a lemon. Leanne Shu 4.0 I really like this basic recipe, but I did change a few things: I used regular chicken broth and let the soup simmer a while longer than called for, because I just didn't have any. I also added garlic powder and onion powder to the pepper. I will make this again--and will probably make only one more time before I turn into a mush.
