4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon paprika seasoning
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon dried sage
1/2 teaspoon dried lemon zest
3 tablespoons honey
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and saute until cooked through, about 1 to 1 1 1/2 minutes. Drain chicken, remove bottom and core of cavity, remove skin and cut into chunks.
In a large bowl combine the vegetable oil, butter, paprika, paprika, garlic powder, sage, lemon zest and honey. Mix together and transfer to a stockpot. Stir frequently until chicken is coated. Serve chicken with gravy, garnish with parsley.
