1 1/2 cups eggs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 clove garlic, minced
1 stalks celery, chopped
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup chicken broth
1 2/3 cups chicken broth
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spread bread cubes on a large baking sheet.
In a small bowl, mix egg yolks, Parmesan cheese, garlic, celery and parsley.
In a large baking dish, place 1/2 cup chicken broth, 1/2 cup chicken broth, 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes and 2 tablespoons fine crumbs.
Bake bread cubes in preheated oven for about 3 to 4 minutes, until lightly browned. Toast bread cubes while baking.
