1 quarter teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon chili powder/crushed red pepper flakes mixed in
3/4 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons tomato paste
3 cups milk
1 squeeze lemon pepper
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 cup chopped almonds
1 cup fresh strawberries
1 (1.5 fluid ounce) jigger vodka flavored rum
1 (4 ounce) can sliced peaches, drained
Press ½ teaspoon chili powder, chili powder, pepper flakes, olive oil, tomato paste, milk and lemon pepper to capacity in a small saucepan or bowl. Bring to a boil, stirring vigorously, until mixture comes to a full rolling for 1 minute; remove from heat. Place tomato mixture in small saucepan and cover with warm water to prevent scorching. Bring mixture to a boil, stirring constantly, and continue to boil 1 minute to 1 minute; remove from heat. Stir in the water from tomato mixture and pour into a large plastic pitcher. Pour mixture over the sliced peaches; stir gently to prevent scorching.
