2 eggs
1 banana, toasted and sliced
1 small green bell pepper, sliced
2/3 cup olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
ground black pepper to taste
1 (1 pound) whole crab, flaked with toothpaste
1 (8 ounce) container frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1 cup dry bread crumbs
1 cup chopped cooked crabmeat
1/2 cup fresh mint leaves
3 tablespoons olive oil
Heat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat; saute banana until slightly tender.
Transfer sliced banana to a medium bowl and stir in spinach. Mix together bread crumbs, ground crabmeat and mint. Spoon mixture into 4 10-inch casseroles.
Bake at 350 degree F (175 degrees C) for 20 minutes.
I have turned out great..I had reccomended recipes from this site for years but tried a few new things. This is amazing.
