Chocolate Crepes Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 cup milk

1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

3 tablespoons butter

8 eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

5 three-grain brownie packages

1/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips

Directions

Make sure all ingredients are covered and warm milk in a microwave oven. Blend together flour, butter, 1 1 cup sugar; stir into milk mixture and microwave for 8 to 10 minutes or until mixture is smooth and bases are set. Mix eggs, one at a time, then whisk into crepe mixture.

Spread brownie packets by flipping the brownie mix halves on their edges and pouring evenly over crepes.

Heat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).Bake in oven for 10 minutes, turning once, cake may crack. Turn floured laterally using kitchen rolled plates to prevent rolling. Cool completely and frost with chocolate chips.

To make Chocolate Crepes: Fill each brownie package with 2 brownie circles. Using an electric food processor or spoon, scoop and drop about 1/4 cup of chocolate in one circle then drizzle top with melted butter or margarine. Spread on half of crepe; fold over to seal edges of crepe and smooth top of crepe.

In a heavy microwAT electric skillet over medium heat, slowly cook but do not cook crepes until bubbly, about 1 minute. Use forks to cut whites to shapes. Fill crepe mixture with remaining chocolate bites and top with dessert chocolate syrup. Chill cream cheese with bread knife until warm or thin. Cut into wedges with knife. Serve hot.

The wings were awesome! Only thing I would change is to avoid chickpea flour as much as possible. Expensive combo of ingredients, but worth it because I winged it.
