1 1/2 cups butter, softened
1 pound bacon, sliced
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 (4 ounce) can sliced mushrooms
1 (4 ounce) can sliced mushrooms
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 pound cooked chicken breast meat
1 (8 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Heat 1/2 cup butter and bacon, and grease a medium baking dish.
Stir celery and mushrooms into the butter mixture. Stirring constantly, cook together over medium heat until it is well blended. Sprinkle with mushrooms, bacon, onion, chicken, cream cheese and cheese.
Bake uncovered for 20 minutes, or until browned.
