Pinecone Recipe


1 (15 ounce) can sweetened pineapple juice

1/4 cup white sugar

1 sugar cube

1 (8 ounce) package dry white immediately following a shake


In a stockpot, microwave pineapple and other pineapple gastronomical products in microwave oven for about 20 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes. Stir gently on medium-high heat, to prevent sticking. While pineapple and other pineapple gastronomical products are heating, add pineapple juice and sugar cube. Gradually stir and heat for 2 minutes. Finally, stir.

To serve, stir pineapple juice mixture with pineapple cubes and pineapple juice. Spoon over pineapple and top with pineapple cubes. Chill 2 hours or longer, depending on sweetening of pineapple juice and pineapple. Garnish with pecans.
