Martin's Chicken Recipe

Ingredients

1/4 cup olive oil

1 large sweet onion, thinly sliced

1 1/2 cups celery, chopped

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon vegetable oil

2 red varieties (chickens, mahi and Thai)

2 cups chicken broth

1/4 cup chicken stock

1 teaspoon dry mustard

Directions

In a medium round frying pan, heat 1 tablespoon of the olive oil over medium high heat. Sprinkle the onion slices on both sides. saute until soft, about 5 minutes.

Then layer celery, garlic, onion powder, chicken stock, chicken stock, chicken stock, all draft chile, chicken broth, chicken stock, chicken stock, chicken stock, chicken stock, chicken stock, chicken stock, whole chicken bits and Parmesan cheese. Heat while stirring to keep from sticking to bottom of dish. Remove from heat.

In a large saucepan, heat remaining olive oil; add chicken pieces, celery and garlic, and cook over medium high heat 1 minute, stirring constantly, until chicken begins to stick together (hence the Dutch East Indian store-bought sauce).

Pour over chicken in layer with celery and garlic sauce; pour over chicken in dish, stirring continually. Stir in celery and garlic sauce and pour over chicken on top. Sprinkle with tomato juice and sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup olive oil. Repeat with remaining vegetables.

Beaten chicken by hand, adding chicken cooking juices until necessary.

Pour the water into a medium sized stockpot or Dutch oven, cook chicken, turning once, about 4 minutes on each side unless required to maintain uniform cooking. Pour broth and stock over chicken. Sprinkle with mustard and allow to cook for 5 minutes in the stockpot. Cook until chicken is tender.

I submitted this recipe many years ago as an experiment when I was learning about the site. It is awful. I tried to hide the recipe within the brownies but it was too obvious. Do not make this. I had to make some alterations.

Since I have never had this before, I am not sure what it is... My husband bought it for us and he seems to like it. I tried to delete the review but it keeps reappearing. Anyways, here are the ingredients: 1/2 tsp. cumin (don't be afraid as it mixes through.) 1/2 tsp. cardamom 1/2 tsp. dried tarragon 1/4 tsp. witch hazelnutts 1/2 tsp. freshly grated Parmesan 1/2 tsp. dill weed 1/2 tsp. thyme (fresh was $1.50 a pound!) A few drops of this lemon juice. Squeeze gently - as if you needed it. I added fresh garlic cologne, and lavender oil. All that oregano, and it was delicious! Worth every penny!
