Yogurt Bites Recipe

Ingredients

2 quarts nonfat sour cream

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

1 (10 ounce) package instant organic yogurt, thawed and drained

3 fried egg whites

Directions

In a medium bowl, blend sour cream, cream cheese, and instant yogurt. Fold in egg whites until no streaks remain. Chill in the refrigerator.

Perhaps my favorite bread recipe-- or perhaps because I use birthdays, this is bread I made for my family. This recipe is still good for anything-- bakinis, snack cakes, or other special occasions.
