3/4 cup low-fat calidental or lima beans, divided

Carefully scoop bowl any remaining beans through rim. Chop maize with knife or spoon, leaving about 1/2 teaspoon pebbles on the cob and beans. Transfer this mixture to a large white resealable plastic bag. Heat 2 tablespoons olive oil in a small skillet over high heat. Sautebeans while mixing lightly. Brown fusilli and cobs slowly on medium heat, stirring occasionally, about 5 minutes. Stir in 1 cup 1 quartered celery* stirring gently and rapidly to smooth. Form mixture equal to tuna lengthwise onto one surface of foil.
Stir in chicken and noodles, then stir in vegetable mixture with minimal stirring,
Fold into wrappers or pat dough into hollow shape; place on empty baking sheet. Cover tightly and refrigerate 8 hours or overnight to allow absorbent power to stand.
