1 (3 pound) cauliflower, sliced
4 potatoes, cut into 1/4-inch slices
1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
3 tablespoons curry powder
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
2 teaspoons lemon juice
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
In a medium bowl, combine potatoes, olive oil, bread crumbs, pepper, curry powder, cloves and lemon juice. Stir until potatoes are tender and potatoes have set up. Spoon into baking dish and sprinkle topping over potatoes. Top with desired amount of potatoes and potatoes.
Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, until potatoes are tender and potatoes have set.
