5 (1 ounce) squares unsweetened and butter flavored cookie crumbs
1 cup heavy cream, divided
1 (3.5 ounce) package imitation fruit of lemonade
1/4 cup white sugar, divided
1/3 cup chopped pitted dates
1/2 cup chopped pecans
Melt the butter or margarine in a medium sauce pan over medium-low heat. Add 1/2 cup cream, 1/2 cup cream cheese, 1/3 cup white sugar and 1 tablespoon lemon juice. Simmer for one minute, stirring constantly. Cool over ice.
Spread the remaining 1/2 cup cream over the ice completely. Place the floor or tray in the freezer 10 minutes. Chop the dates into 5 large pieces.
Slice the pecans into 3 large pieces as well. Spray a mason or other baking pan with non-stick cooking spray. Place each piece of fruit on its own sheet in the pan. Freeze overnight or longer, the longer the better.
