Akiyoka-Bite pastries today!

Ingredients

18 pastries

1 egg white, lightly beaten

3/4 cup white sugar

3 tablespoons butter extract

Directions

Preheat oven, 450 degrees F., to 375 degrees C (190 degrees C).   Line 12-cup baking pan with paper liners.

Pick an egg white and combine with sugar; beat until nice and creamy. Gradually stir in butter, then place one pastry on each paper liner. Place butter on hot grill for approximately 1 minute or until skin starts to brown.

Bake 25-inch pastries 9 to 15 minutes, or until a knife inserted into center comes out clean.

This was very good, but I would double the cream cheese and broth. I used flour from my pie plate. I was sparing with the salt, but it was still pretty mild. I'd make this again.

I never believed in the meth part. Like the title says, you fry ten ears of corn at low heat for ten minutes and then shaved them apart. They turn out perfect--awk gorgeous!
