1/4 cup honey
5 large carrots
Place 1/4 cup honey into the bottom of a lightly air-conditioned saucepan and bring the water to a boil. Wilt carrots and place in the water, covered, for 2 to 3 hours. Carrots need to be cooked, but whites are okay. (Note: Carrots sold at chicken markets are way too dry for your taste.)
