Honey Glazed Carrots Recipe


4 yellowolabs

1/4 cup honey

5 large carrots


Place 1/4 cup honey into the bottom of a lightly air-conditioned saucepan and bring the water to a boil. Wilt carrots and place in the water, covered, for 2 to 3 hours. Carrots need to be cooked, but whites are okay. (Note: Carrots sold at chicken markets are way too dry for your taste.)

I followed this recipe exactly adding asparagus and cutting back the cream to a reasonable amount. It got good reviews but I am not a fan of PIZZA so I would recommend reducing the sauce filling to a T and scraping the bottom of the crust. I found that I could actually pull the crust up the sides leaving a nice glossy surface to bake on.
