1 1/2 cups milk
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1 (3.4 ounce) can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
4 cups frozen bananas, thawed
2 cups frozen green peas, thawed
2 (6 ounce) cans vanilla yogurt
1/4 cup hot water
In a blender combine milk, maple syrup, lemonade concentrate, banana, peas, milk and yogurt. Return mixture to freezer and blend until smooth and creamy, about 30 minutes.
