1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust
2 eggs
1 (9 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (8 ounce) can evaporated milk
1/4 cup butter
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 (12 ounce) can sliced goat cheese
1 (4 ounce) can evaporated milk
1 cup chopped pecans
Heat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Beat together cream cheese, evaporated milk, butter, brown sugar, lemon juice and goat cheese until smooth. Stir in brown sugar, pecans and goat cheese according to package directions or as directed on package. Pour mixture into graham cracker crust or dish.
Bake in preheated oven for 2 hours. Cool, and refrigerate until serving time. Transfer crusts to wire rack to cool completely.
