1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 onion, chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 cup chopped mushrooms
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
1 cup spaghetti sauce
Put the olive oil, cream cheese, onion, bell pepper and mushroom into a large mixing bowl. Toss until evenly coated, add half the cheese, half the pepper, and half the mushrooms.
Stir in ½ cup spaghetti sauce. Transfer to cartomizer tube or plastic bag and chill.
