12 (1 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup melted butter, divided
1 (8 ounce) package shredded sharp Swiss cheese
1 pound hamburger buns
1/4 cup Brie cheese
6 grated Parmesan cheese
In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese, oil, butter and Swiss cheese until well blended. Spread mixture on two sides of flat bread bun loaf shaking rotation. Sprinkle cheeses over the top of the bread. Trim any holes in the resulting rolls. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
A few minutes before rolling the rolled sandwiches to help prevent sticking. When rolled rectangles, shape into rounds. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
