3 potatoes, chopped
1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup flaked sourdough bread cubes
1/4 cup white bread cubes
1/4 cup butter, melted
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 400 F (200 C). Grease a 1 1/2 quart baking dish.
In a large bowl, toss together potatoes, sour cream and sourdough bread cubes. Spoon half of mixture into prepared dish. Top with Cheddar cheese, and swirl the remaining bread cubes around the cheese.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes in the preheated oven, or until potatoes are tender.
